The Guest Pantry is Always Open

There is where you will find fresh homemade snacks in the afternoon. And there is a canister where we keep home made biscotti available all the time, and another with pretzels.

Fresh ground coffee is ready at 6:00am. Decaf is available on request. Help yourself and enjoy the morning on the porch.

There is also a variety of teas available, along with the an electric kettle and teapots.

In the mini-refrigerator, we furnish a variety of complimentary sodas and water from the hot springs. And you are welcome to refrigerate any of your own items there as well. Just put your initials on the label so other guests won't think we furnished it for them.

An ice machine and microwave oven are available.

And for any beverages you may bring, we have a variety of wine and other glasses, as well as wine and bottle openers.

If you bring some take-out back to eat here, there are napkins, paper plates and silverware readily available.

Special dietary restrictions are gladly accomodated.

Are you diabetic, lactose intolerant, glucose intolerant, allergic to nuts or vegan? Perhaps you just don't like mushrooms. Just let us know when you book the reservation about any allergies, sensitivities, or even just foods you don't like.

It is our goal to provide you with breakfasts and afternoon snacks that you will really enjoy. So, if there are foods or ingredients that you can't or won't eat, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

A Sumptuous 2 Course Breakfast

Breakfast is normally served between 8:30 and 9:30 am.

Juice is always served and will be one of Rhonda's blends. One favorite is 1/2 Orange Juice and 1/2 White Grape.

The first course may be any one of a variety of fruit dishes, or a fresh baked goody like our Apple Dumpling or our Cinnamon Surprise Puff.

We normally alternate each day between a savory and a sweet dish for the main course.

Savory fare may be an English Muffin Casserole or perhaps a fritatta.

For the sweet courses we sometimes serve Strawberry Stuffed French Toast, Pecan Waffles, or German Fresh Apple Pancake.

If you are here for a few days, you won't be eating the same breakfast twice.
